Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Japanese: As A Japanese Speaker, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Japanese, In Order To Effectively Communicate With Japanese Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Minimum Requirement For This Position Is A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or International Relations. This Demonstrates A Strong Educational Foundation And The Ability To Handle Complex Tasks.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service, Either In Person Or Over The Phone, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Shows The Candidate's Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide Excellent Support.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, In Order To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: As A Customer Support Representative For A Global Company Like Bloomberg, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding And Respect For Different Cultures. This Includes Being Able To Adapt To Different Communication Styles And Customs When Interacting With Japanese Clients.
