  3. Maintain a deep understanding of Bloomberg's products and services in order to provide accurate and comprehensive support to clients.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating feedback and escalating issues when necessary.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges faced by clients, ensuring a positive overall experience.
  6. Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in our systems.
  7. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer support experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively support clients and provide relevant insights.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and resources, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  10. Take ownership of client issues and follow through to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  11. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and metrics.
  12. Attend training sessions and maintain a strong understanding of new and existing products and services.
  13. Remain professional and courteous at all times, maintaining Bloomberg's reputation for exceptional customer service.
