Job Description

As a Contracts Coordinator at Bloomberg, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities and relationships with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring contract accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and a keen eye for detail.We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in contract management is preferred but not required. Candidates must also demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  2. Ensure contract accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  3. Monitor customer activity to ensure contracts are fulfilled
  4. Manage customer inquiries and disputes
  5. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and risks
  6. Negotiate and review contracts with customers
  7. Research and analyze legal documents and contracts
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in the industry and relevant laws and regulations
  9. Prepare and present reports to management
  10. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
