  • Develop, implement, and maintain personal trading policies and procedures in accordance with relevant financial regulations and internal guidelines
  • Monitor and oversee employee personal trading activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of personal trading records and transactions to identify potential violations
  • Investigate and resolve any reported or suspected breaches of personal trading policies and procedures
  • Communicate with employees and other relevant parties to provide guidance and clarification on personal trading policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with other compliance team members to identify and address potential compliance risks and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure personal trading policies and procedures remain current and effective
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on personal trading compliance activities and findings
  • Train and educate employees on personal trading policies and procedures to promote understanding and adherence
  • Foster a culture of ethical and compliant behavior by promoting awareness and accountability among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Laws: A Compliance Officer At Bloomberg Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations Such As The Securities And Exchange Commission (Sec) Rules, As Well As Laws Related To Personal Account Dealing.

  • Analytical Skills: A Successful Compliance Officer Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills In Order To Identify Potential Compliance Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Attention To Detail: Compliance Officers Must Be Detail-Oriented To Ensure That All Transactions And Actions Are In Line With Company Policies And Regulations.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Compliance Officer To Effectively Communicate With Colleagues, Management, And Regulators Regarding Compliance Matters.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field Is Highly Desirable For A Compliance Officer At Bloomberg. This Includes Experience With Personal Account Dealing And A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Industry.
