In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans for our engineering and technology teams.   1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans for engineering and technology teams.
  2. Collaborate with global communications team to ensure alignment with overall company messaging and branding.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact for all communications related to engineering and technology teams.
  4. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering and technology leaders, to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  5. Write and edit internal and external communications materials, including press releases, blog posts, emails, and social media content.
  6. Research and stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform communication strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of engineering and technology topics to effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
  8. Manage crisis communications for engineering and technology teams as needed.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and other company initiatives.
  10. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on best practices in communications and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's communication strategies.
  12. Train and mentor team members on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a communications expert.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communication efforts.
  15. Work with external vendors, such as PR agencies, to support communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role Within The Engineering Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Engineering And Technology Terminology, Concepts, And Trends.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Various Audiences.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Communication Strategies For Engineering And Technology Initiatives.
