  1. Design and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions for the organization.
  2. Continuously strive to improve and innovate the existing cloud infrastructure.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and provide guidance to other team members.
  5. Develop and maintain the cloud architecture roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the cloud infrastructure to identify potential areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate new cloud technologies.
  8. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the organization's cloud solutions.
  9. Communicate and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on cloud architecture and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  13. Work with other architects and engineers to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the cloud infrastructure.
  15. Act as a key player in driving the organization's cloud strategy and roadmap.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Cloud Computing Technologies: A Cloud Solutions Architect At Bloomberg Must Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With A Range Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud. They Should Be Able To Design, Deploy, And Manage Complex Cloud-Based Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Scalable And Secure Cloud Solutions That Align With The Organization's Overall Architecture.

  • Experience With Big Data And Analytics: As Bloomberg Deals With Massive Amounts Of Data, It Is Essential For A Cloud Solutions Architect To Have Experience With Big Data And Analytics Tools. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Data Pipelines, Data Lakes, And Machine Learning Models On The Cloud.

  • Proven Track Record In Solution Design And Delivery: A Successful Cloud Solutions Architect Should Have A Strong Track Record In Designing And Delivering Complex Cloud-Based Solutions.
