  1. Manage and maintain relationships with academic institutions to ensure their satisfaction with Bloomberg's products and services.
  2. Identify and understand the needs of academic institutions in relation to financial news and information.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that will drive growth and retention within the academic market.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for academic clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bloomberg's products and services to effectively communicate their value to academic clients.
  6. Analyze and report on key metrics to track client engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand the use of Bloomberg's products within academic institutions.
  8. Coordinate and lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful adoption and usage of Bloomberg's products.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for improving Bloomberg's academic subscriptions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or escalations from academic clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the academic market.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction and make recommendations for improving the overall client experience.
  13. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Bloomberg's academic subscriptions.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of client success strategies and processes.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems.
