As a Client Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Client Services team, responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients.   1. Provide technical support to clients using Bloomberg products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to address client needs and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of Bloomberg products.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bloomberg products and industry trends to effectively support clients.
  7. Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to clients and internal teams.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential technical problems or areas for improvement in client systems.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support to clients.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools to enhance the overall client experience.
  11. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry developments to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  13. Uphold a professional and positive attitude while working with clients, colleagues, and management.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet client needs and deadlines.
  15. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Financial Services Company.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients And Stakeholders.
