As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our reach in the market.   1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships: The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential strategic partnerships and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  2. Conduct market research: The Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market insights to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams: This role will require collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Negotiate partnerships: The manager will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
  5. Drive revenue growth: The ultimate goal of this role is to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, therefore the manager must be results-driven and have a strong understanding of business metrics.
  6. Build and maintain relationships: The manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring that partnerships are successful and beneficial for both parties.
  7. Develop and execute partnership strategies: The manager will develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive growth.
  8. Monitor partnership performance: It is the responsibility of the manager to monitor the performance of partnerships and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
  9. Represent the company: The manager will represent the company in various networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's brand and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  10. Provide regular reports: The manager will provide regular reports to senior management on partnership progress, revenue growth, and any potential risks or opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development And Strategic Partnerships, Preferably In The Technology Or Media Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing Strategic Partnerships, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Expansion.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Products, And Services, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Partners And Stakeholders.
