  4. Stay updated on the latest developments in Bloomberg technology and the financial industry to provide accurate and relevant support to clients.

  6. Document and track all client interactions and technical solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Conduct thorough and proactive analysis of client systems to identify and address potential issues before they arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Japanese: The Primary Qualification For This Role Is Fluency In Japanese, As The Technical Support Specialist Will Be Responsible For Providing Support To Bloomberg Clients In Japan. This Includes Being Able To Communicate Effectively In Both Written And Spoken Japanese.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets: In Order To Effectively Support Clients In The Financial Industry, The Technical Support Specialist Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Securities, Derivatives, And Other Financial Instruments.

  • Technical Proficiency: As A Technical Support Specialist, Proficiency In Various Technical Skills Is Essential. This Includes Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networks, Databases, And Programming Languages. The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Is Also Important.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Technical Support Specialist Is To Provide Exceptional Service To Bloomberg Clients.
