Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Financial Or Data-Driven Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Bloomberg's Products And Services, Including Proficiency In Bloomberg Terminal And Api.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
Familiarity With Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++ And Experience In Scripting And Automation.
