  1. Develop and implement audience engagement strategies to attract and retain a global audience.
  2. Analyze data and utilize insights to identify and target key audience segments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that resonates with target audiences.
  4. Monitor audience engagement and performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in audience development and digital media.
  6. Use data and analytics to inform editorial decisions and identify areas for growth.
  7. Work with SEO and social media teams to maximize reach and engagement with content.
  8. Identify opportunities for audience growth through partnerships and collaborations.
  9. Conduct regular audience research and surveys to gain insights and inform audience development strategies.
  10. Monitor and track competitors' audience engagement and adapt strategies accordingly.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Bloomberg to external stakeholders and audiences.
  12. Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure all content meets the needs and interests of the target audience.
  13. Ensure all content is optimized for different platforms and devices to reach a wider audience.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze audience behavior and preferences to inform future strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Audience Development, Preferably In A Digital News Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Media And Social Media Trends And Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset, With The Ability To Interpret Audience Metrics And User Behavior.

  • Experience With Content Management Systems And Digital Analytics Tools, Such As Google Analytics And Chartbeat.
