- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for the Asia-Pacific region in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring delivery of high-quality goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide sourcing solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions in the APAC region to inform sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers, staying up-to-date on their capabilities, pricing, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, in all sourcing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and reducing costs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Sourcing Activities In The Apac Region.
Familiarity With Sourcing Processes And Tools, As Well As Supply Chain Management Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
