
APAC Regulatory Specialist

- Stay current on all regulatory policies, laws, and guidelines in the APAC region.
- Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products and services are compliant with local regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify any potential compliance issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external partners.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to anticipate potential impacts on the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compliance efforts.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with global regulatory teams to ensure consistency and alignment in compliance efforts.
- Communicate any regulatory changes or updates to relevant internal teams in a timely manner.
- Continuously assess and improve internal processes to ensure efficient compliance practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Within The Apac Region.
Strong Knowledge Of Apac Regulatory Requirements And Frameworks, Including But Not Limited To Mifid Ii, Gdpr, And Aml/Kyc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Audits And Risk Assessments.
