Accounting Analyst- Compensation Accounting

This role requires an individual with strong technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our compensation accounting processes and will be a key player in the decision-making process related to compensation.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. In addition, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or payroll accounting, as well as a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You must also be able to work independently and be a strong communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
