Job Description

At BJC HealthCare, we are looking for a Voice Analyst to join our growing team. We are seeking a qualified candidate who is passionate about providing innovative solutions to complex issues, has excellent communication skills, and is highly motivated. As a Voice Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions, identifying patterns, and developing solutions to improve our products.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business analytics, or statistics. In addition, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in data analysis and customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset are also necessary.At BJC HealthCare, we value collaboration and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer interactions to identify patterns and underlying issues.
  2. Develop solutions to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  4. Create and maintain data sets for analysis.
  5. Monitor customer service levels and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
  6. Regularly review customer service policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices related to customer service.
  8. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  10. Manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
