- Provide administrative support to the Intensive Care unit by assisting with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating activities.
- Greet and assist patients and their families, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including entering and updating patient information in electronic medical records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate communication between medical staff, patients, and their families.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies for the unit as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
