Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Tele Icu Technician At Bjc Healthcare Should Have A Strong Educational Foundation In The Healthcare Field, Preferably With A Focus On Nursing Or A Related Discipline.

  • Current Rn Licensure: Bjc Healthcare Requires All Tele Icu Technicians To Hold A Current And Valid Registered Nursing License. This Ensures That Technicians Have The Necessary Clinical Knowledge And Skills To Perform Their Duties Effectively.

  • Previous Critical Care Experience: As A Tele Icu Technician, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Critical Care Setting, Such As An Icu Or Ed. This Experience Will Help Them Handle The High-Stress And Fast-Paced Environment Of The Tele Icu.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Records (Ehr): Bjc Healthcare Utilizes Electronic Health Records To Track Patient Data And Monitor Their Conditions Remotely. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Ehr Systems And Be Comfortable Navigating And Documenting In These Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Working In The Tele Icu Requires Constant Communication And Collaboration With Other Healthcare Professionals, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Support Staff.
