
Supervisor - Inpatient Phlebotomy

In this role, you will be integral to our mission of providing excellent patient care and ensuring the highest quality of service.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field and at least 3 years of experience in a phlebotomy or related setting. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Supervise the phlebotomy team to ensure excellent patient care and customer service. • Train and educate staff on phlebotomy protocols and procedures. • Provide direction and guidance to staff in order to ensure quality service. • Monitor and evaluate phlebotomy team performance. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of phlebotomy procedures. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations. • Resolve conflicts and provide support to staff. • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful patient outcomes. • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the phlebotomy team.
