  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot building equipment and systems, including boilers, chillers, generators, and other mechanical systems.
  3. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
  4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including any necessary documentation for compliance and safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repairs without disrupting patient care.
  6. Respond to emergency situations and provide prompt resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, and make recommendations for improving building operations.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  9. Implement energy-saving measures to reduce utility costs and maintain the environmental sustainability of the facilities.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  11. Assist with training and mentoring new employees and provide support and guidance as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the organization to patients, visitors, and other staff members.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Stationary Engineer In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting.

  • Possession Of A Valid Stationary Engineer License Or Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Boiler, Chiller, And Hvac Systems Operation And Maintenance.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Blueprints, And Schematics.

  • Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures Related To Equipment Operation And Maintenance.
