  1. Develop and implement staff education programs and initiatives to ensure ongoing professional development and competency of staff members.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to identify educational needs and develop training plans to address them.
  3. Create and maintain educational materials, resources, and tools to support staff learning and development.
  4. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations to educate staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  6. Serve as a mentor and coach to staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  7. Keep abreast of industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in healthcare education to continuously improve training programs.
  8. Act as a liaison between staff and management to facilitate open communication and address any concerns or issues related to education and training.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary training programs and promote interdisciplinary learning.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of staff education and training activities.
  11. Participate in the development and review of policies and procedures related to staff education and training.
  12. Serve as a role model for professional behavior and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare education and training.
  14. Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new staff members, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.
  15. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members on their learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Missouri.

  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Teaching Or Education Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Nursing Education Principles And Practices, Including Curriculum Development, Teaching Strategies, And Evaluation Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Lead Educational Programs For Both New And Experienced Nurses.
