- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies that align with BJC HealthCare's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide guidance and support to department leaders and staff in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Train and educate staff on performance improvement methodologies and tools to enhance their understanding and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of performance improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance improvement to continuously enhance BJC HealthCare's processes and systems.
- Serve as a consultant and resource for other departments seeking to improve their performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting and encouraging participation in performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate performance improvement projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate and present performance improvement initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders, including patients and families.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of performance improvement initiatives and outcomes.
- Uphold BJC HealthCare's standards of excellence and professionalism while representing the organization to external stakeholders.
Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Performance Improvement And Project Management In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Leading Performance Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Engage With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
