
Sr. Learning & Development Consultant

- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Design engaging and effective learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning courses, job aids, and other resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to deliver high-quality learning experiences to employees.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the organization's training initiatives.
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement professional development plans for employees at all levels.
- Utilize various learning methodologies and technologies to create a dynamic and interactive learning experience for employees.
- Manage the learning and development budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Mentor and coach other learning and development team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion in all training and development programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to bring in specialized training and development programs as needed.
- Communicate with employees and leadership about upcoming training opportunities and promote participation to ensure maximum engagement.
- Keep accurate records of all training and development activities and provide reports to leadership on the impact and effectiveness of programs.
- Continuously seek feedback and actively listen to employee needs and suggestions to improve training and development offerings.
