  1. Design and implement effective and engaging learning and development programs for employees.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine training priorities and objectives.
  4. Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative and cutting-edge ideas to the organization.
  7. Create and maintain training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
  8. Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
  9. Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Act as a mentor and resource for other learning and development professionals within the organization.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and training partners.
  12. Utilize various delivery methods, such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and workshops, to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of training.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address performance gaps and development needs.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in the design and delivery of training programs.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to enhance the overall learning and development experience for employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Developing, And Delivering Training Programs For A Healthcare Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Training And Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodology.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, And Evaluation Of Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Present Training Materials Effectively To All Levels Of The Organization.
