- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to all departments within BJC HealthCare.
- Analyze and assess existing IT service processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IT service operations, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor IT service performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT service issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service operations, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior IT service operations analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of IT service issues.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments within BJC HealthCare, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure the best possible service delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed to ensure the availability of critical IT services.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT service operations processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Service Operations And Support, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Best Practices For Incident, Problem, And Change Management.
Experience With It Service Management Tools, Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Outstanding Customer Service.
