- Develop data-driven HR strategies: Utilize analytics and data to identify trends and patterns in employee data and provide recommendations for HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Implement data-driven solutions: Collaborate with HR leaders and teams to implement data-driven solutions, such as predictive models and dashboards, to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Analyze HR data: Collect, analyze and interpret HR data to identify key insights and trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate complex data and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences, including HR leaders and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and to drive continuous improvement in HR analytics processes.
- Partner with HR stakeholders: Collaborate with HR leaders to understand their needs and provide analytical support for HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to continuously improve BJC's HR analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data accuracy: Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and provide guidance on data quality issues.
- Support decision-making: Provide data and insights to support HR decision-making at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR analytics processes and tools, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Advanced Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Sr. Hr Analytics Consultant At Bjc Healthcare Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Analytics Methodologies.
Extensive Experience In Hr Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights And Recommendations. This Experience Should Include Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, And Data Visualization.
