1. Perform financial analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
2. Provide strategic insights: Use financial analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping guide decision-making and drive financial success and sustainability across the organization.
3. Monitor financial performance: Continuously monitor and assess financial performance against established goals and targets, identifying and addressing any variances or potential risks to ensure financial stability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments and teams within the organization, including finance, operations, and clinical teams, to understand their needs and provide financial insights and support as needed.
5. Develop and maintain financial reports: Create and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and other analytics to provide visibility into the financial health of the organization.
6. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes: Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial analysis and insights, and assisting with the development of budget targets.
7. Stay informed of industry trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and healthcare operations, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
8. Adhere to regulatory requirements: Ensure all financial activities and reporting comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
9. Train and mentor junior analysts: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to help develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
