  1. Fabricate dental restorations according to dentist's specifications and patient needs.
  2. Utilize knowledge of dental materials, tools, and techniques to create high-quality and functional dental prosthetics.
  3. Ensure all work meets industry standards and is completed within required timeframes.
  4. Collaborate with dentists and other members of the dental team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of restorations.
  5. Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for the fabrication of dental prosthetics.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
  7. Train and mentor junior dental laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  9. Keep detailed records of all work completed, including patient information, materials used, and any adjustments made.
  10. Continuously stay informed about new techniques, materials, and equipment in the field of dental laboratory technology.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to dental laboratory technology.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and productivity.

  • Extensive Experience And Expertise: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Dental Laboratory Technician, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Senior Role.
