  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns in healthcare data.
  2. Develop and maintain data reporting systems to track and monitor key performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  4. Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular data audits and quality checks.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.
  8. Train and mentor junior data specialists to improve overall team performance.
  9. Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Take ownership of data projects and manage them from start to finish, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
  11. Work with IT teams to troubleshoot any data-related issues and implement solutions.
  12. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  14. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
  15. Regularly present data insights and recommendations to upper management and other key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficient In Sql, Etl Tools, And Data Visualization Software.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets.

  • Experience Working With Electronic Health Records And Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations.
