- Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to promote positive mental health outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including risk assessments and safety planning.
- Consult with teachers and school staff to address behavioral issues and provide support for students in the classroom.
- Educate students, families, and school staff about mental health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, following all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor the progress of students in therapy and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide referrals to other services and resources as appropriate.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of school-based mental health.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Attend regular meetings with the multidisciplinary team to discuss cases and collaborate on treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Or Marriage And Family Therapist.
Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A School Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions For Treating Mental Health Disorders.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With School Personnel, Families, And Community Resources.
