RN Outpatient Primary Care

1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in an outpatient setting.
2. Utilize strong primary care nursing skills to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
3. Monitor and document patients' health status and progress, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and promote self-care.
