Residential Technician Behavioral Health

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor residential patients’ activities and promote a safe and welcoming environment.
2. Provide emotional support and assistance to patients in times of need.
3. Facilitate group activities and develop relationships with patients to help them develop the necessary skills to manage their mental health.
4. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and provide timely updates to supervisors.
5. Implement therapeutic programs and monitor patient’s progress.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant developments in the field of mental health.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient.
8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
9. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate the successful transition of patients into the community.
10. Ensure patient safety at all times.
