Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Research Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Design And Conduct Experiments Independently.
Familiarity With Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Including Data Analysis Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Present Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
