- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures - The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare patients for procedures - This individual will be responsible for properly positioning and preparing patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment - The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for maintaining and operating imaging equipment, including making necessary adjustments and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Ensure patient safety and privacy - It is the responsibility of the Radiologic Technologist to ensure that all patients are properly screened for safety precautions, such as pregnancy or allergies, and that their privacy is respected and maintained throughout the imaging process.
- Monitor and document patient's condition - This individual will be responsible for closely monitoring the patient's condition during the imaging procedure and documenting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
