Job Description

To further this mission, we are seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for leading and driving quality improvement initiatives, while providing guidance and direction to ensure the organization’s compliance with established standards and regulations. This critical role requires an individual with a passion for quality and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Improvement and/or Accreditation. The successful candidate will also possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities:

  1. Create, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and evaluate quality metrics to measure progress towards quality goals.
  3. Collaborate with departments across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify gaps in quality and develop plans to address them.
  6. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful implementation of quality initiatives.
  7. Provide guidance and leadership to team members to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
  8. Develop and present reports to senior management on quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Maintain current knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations.
  10. Develop and deliver education and training on quality improvement topics.

Compensation
