- Develop and implement property management strategies and policies to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all BJC HealthCare properties.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all properties, including building repairs, landscaping, and cleaning.
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and repairs, making cost-effective decisions to maximize resources.
- Hire, train, and supervise property maintenance staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any property-related issues that may impact patient care or employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs and promptly address them.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, including maintenance logs, contracts, and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management, and proactively implement improvements to enhance the overall property management operations at BJC HealthCare.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Local And State Regulations And Laws Related To Property Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Tenants, Vendors, And Other Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Property Management Software And Financial Management To Handle Budgeting, Reporting, And Analysis.
