  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of various projects within the healthcare organization.
  2. Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze data, and provide support for project timelines and objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  4. Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Act as a liaison between different departments and project teams, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  7. Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and allocated appropriately.
  8. Coordinate and schedule meetings, trainings, and other project-related events.
  9. Conduct research and gather information to support project initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and service to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Project Coordination Or Administrative Support In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams.
