Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of infection prevention programs.
  3. Create and maintain policies and procedures related to infection prevention and control.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
  5. Educate staff on infection prevention and control strategies.
  6. Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends in healthcare-associated infections.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical teams, vendors, and outside agencies.
  9. Manage budget and resources for the infection prevention program.
  10. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Qualifications
