- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of all program-related documentation, including policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
- Ensure that all program documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for document creation and review.
- Monitor and track document revisions and maintain version control to ensure the most current document is being used.
- Train and support staff on document management processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to assess document accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline document management processes.
- Maintain a secure and organized document storage system, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for document inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during document audits and inspections.
- Stay informed of industry changes and trends related to document management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and adhere to document management budget and resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports on document management activities and progress to upper management.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Document Management Principles And Processes, Including Electronic Health Records (Ehrs) And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans And Initiatives To Improve Document Management Processes And Efficiency.
