  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes and drive meaningful change in the clinical setting.
  2. Lead the Clinical Performance Improvement (PI) team and provide direction, guidance, and support to team members.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure progress towards improving healthcare outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical performance improvement to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinical staff, and external partners.
  7. Communicate and present progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for performance improvement initiatives.
  9. Create and implement training programs and workshops to educate and empower staff to participate in performance improvement efforts.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements related to clinical performance improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical processes and performance improvement methodologies.
  13. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  14. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our clinical performance improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience Working With Regulatory Bodies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
