
Program Manager- Clinical PI

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes and drive meaningful change in the clinical setting.
- Lead the Clinical Performance Improvement (PI) team and provide direction, guidance, and support to team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure progress towards improving healthcare outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical performance improvement to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinical staff, and external partners.
- Communicate and present progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for performance improvement initiatives.
- Create and implement training programs and workshops to educate and empower staff to participate in performance improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements related to clinical performance improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical processes and performance improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our clinical performance improvement efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience Working With Regulatory Bodies.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
