In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing outreach programs to educate and engage our community on pre-hospital care.   1. Develop and coordinate pre-hospital outreach programs to educate the community on the importance of pre-hospital care.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address the specific healthcare needs of the community.
  3. Conduct research to identify best practices and innovative strategies for effective pre-hospital outreach.
  4. Create and maintain partnerships with local organizations and community groups to promote and support pre-hospital education initiatives.
  5. Plan and facilitate events, workshops, and presentations to engage the community in discussions about pre-hospital care.
  6. Develop informational materials, such as brochures and videos, to disseminate important pre-hospital care information to the community.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pre-hospital outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide training and support to healthcare professionals, first responders, and community members on pre-hospital care best practices.
  9. Maintain accurate records and data related to pre-hospital outreach activities and outcomes.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to pre-hospital care and incorporate them into outreach initiatives.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the healthcare organization and the community to ensure a strong, positive relationship.
  12. Serve as a resource for community members seeking information on pre-hospital care services.
  13. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines related to healthcare and community outreach.
  14. Represent the organization at community events and conferences to promote pre-hospital care and build relationships.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand pre-hospital outreach efforts in collaboration with the healthcare organization's leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Emergency Medicine Or Pre-Hospital Care.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pre-Hospital Care Protocols And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals And Community Partners.

  • Prior Experience In Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation.
