BJC HealthCare is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to women of all ages. As a Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our women's health clinic and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of women's health.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the women's health clinic.
  2. Ensure the highest quality of care for patients by monitoring and evaluating clinical processes and outcomes.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations.
  5. Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance of the clinic.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in women's health to continually improve patient care.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  11. Coordinate and facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the clinic and the larger healthcare organization.
  14. Handle any escalated patient or staff issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  17. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the clinic.
  18. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of healthcare practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Women's Health Practice.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws Related To Women's Health, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
