  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OB/GYN office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Hire, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and overall practice performance.
  5. Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
  6. Manage the practice budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the practice and BJC HealthCare leadership, communicating practice needs, concerns, and successes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance providers and community organizations.
  9. Ensure the practice is equipped with necessary medical supplies, equipment, and technology to provide high-quality care.
  10. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations, and proactively make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.
  13. Serve as a role model for excellence in patient care and customer service.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
  15. Uphold the mission, values, and standards of BJC HealthCare in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Medical Office, Preferably In Ob/Gyn.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Specifically Related To Ob/Gyn Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Patients.

  • Proficient In Using Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Technology Used In Medical Offices.
