- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Women's Health department at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement strategies for providing high quality care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for the Women's Health department.
- Monitor and manage department budget, including expenses and revenue.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and insurance companies.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance department performance.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Women's Health department.
- Act as a liaison between the department and other departments within the organization.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in women's health and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing any concerns or issues raised by patients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the Women's Health department.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the department.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and keep up-to-date with changes and advancements in women's health.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Women's Health Services And Clinical Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
