We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager with a clinical background to oversee the daily operations of our Women's Health department.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Women's Health department at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement strategies for providing high quality care to patients.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for the Women's Health department.
  4. Monitor and manage department budget, including expenses and revenue.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and insurance companies.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance department performance.
  8. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Women's Health department.
  9. Act as a liaison between the department and other departments within the organization.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in women's health and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing any concerns or issues raised by patients.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
  13. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the Women's Health department.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the department.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and keep up-to-date with changes and advancements in women's health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Women's Health Services And Clinical Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
