  1. Oversee the daily operations of the OB/GYN practice, including managing staff, schedules, and patient flow.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients by monitoring and maintaining practice standards and protocols.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve overall practice performance.
  4. Manage and oversee the practice's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost-saving measures.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain the practice's reputation.
  7. Hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure a competent and motivated team.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the practice and BJC HealthCare leadership, providing regular updates on practice operations and performance.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of the practice.
  11. Oversee the maintenance of electronic medical records and other practice technology systems.
  12. Handle patient and staff complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  14. Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a culture of integrity and excellence.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of BJC HealthCare by actively participating in organization-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In An Ob/Gyn Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding Procedures, Insurance Regulations, And Healthcare Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Other Relevant Software Applications.
