  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with advanced heart failure and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Administer medications and perform procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  3. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients.
  4. Monitor and track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification As A Physician Assistant From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physician Assistant In A Cardiology Or Critical Care Setting.

  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Managing Patients With Advanced Heart Failure, Including Pre And Post-Transplant Care, Lvad Management, And Palliative Care.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Deliver High-Quality, Patient-Centered Care.
