Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional patient care under the direction of the physicians.
2. Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of current healthcare trends to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
3. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
4. Perform accurate medical examinations and document results in patient charts.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each patient.
6. Evaluate patient progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.
7. Respond to patient inquiries and provide information regarding treatments, medications, and other healthcare-related topics.
8. Provide education to patients and families regarding medical conditions and treatments.
9. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, values, and goals of BJC HealthCare.
