Physical Therapist - PRN

1. Provide high-quality care to patients by assessing their physical therapy needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing appropriate interventions.
2. Utilize your expertise and knowledge of physical therapy techniques to help patients achieve their maximum level of physical function.
3. Work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with varying diagnoses, ages, and backgrounds.
4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress according to facility and professional standards.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
6. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
7. Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to interventions.
8. Consistently provide compassionate and patient-centered care, promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.
9. Stay up-to-date on current research and advancements in the field of physical therapy to enhance your skills and provide the best possible care for patients.
10. Maintain a current state license and comply with all professional and ethical standards for physical therapists.
