1. Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individual treatment plans and goals.
2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
3. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for managing and improving their condition.
