- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required To Qualify For A Full-Time Job At Bjc Healthcare. This Degree Provides Foundational Knowledge And Skills In Assessing And Treating Patients With Physical Impairments.
State Licensure: All Physical Therapists Must Be Licensed By The State In Which They Practice. This Ensures That They Meet The Education And Experience Requirements Set By The State And Are Able To Provide Safe And Competent Care To Patients.
Certification: Bjc Healthcare May Also Require Certification From The American Board Of Physical Therapy Specialties (Abpts) In A Specific Area Of Practice, Such As Orthopedics Or Sports Physical Therapy. This Certification Demonstrates Advanced Knowledge And Skills In A Specialized Area Of Practice.
Experience: Bjc Healthcare May Prefer Candidates With Previous Work Experience In A Clinical Setting, Particularly In A Hospital Or Rehabilitation Center. This Experience Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Interpersonal And Communication Skills: Physical Therapists Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Also Be Empathetic, Compassionate, And Able To Build Rapport With Patients To Provide The Best Possible Care.
